Atlas members aren't chasing yield. They've already built something. Now they're building differently.
Sold a SaaS company in 2022. Sitting on capital gains, searching for tax-advantaged cash flow. Has reviewed 40+ deals. Wants passive. Hates management.
"I built a company. I don't want to build another one. Show me the numbers and tell me when to wire."
Maxed out 401(k) every year for a decade. Watched patients leave with generational wealth. Wants monthly cash flow, not another stock market bet.
"My accountant told me to find depreciation. My broker had no idea what I was talking about. Atlas did."
Has structured hundreds of M&A deals. Understands capital stacks. Tired of watching clients build wealth while their own sits in a Vanguard account.
"I write the operating agreements. I finally wanted to be on the other side of the table."
Rules of the table
Atlas isn't a REIT. It isn't a crowdfunding platform. It's a private network with strict mechanics — because the quality of the deal flow depends on the quality of the room.
Deal Review Cadence
New deals are surfaced to members every two weeks via a private deal memo — not a mass email blast.
Each memo includes operator background, market thesis, capital stack, and GP co-invest amount. Members have 7 days to soft-circle.
Co-Investment Minimums
$50,000 minimum LP commitment per deal. No exceptions. This keeps the cap table clean and operators serious.
Most Atlas deals carry 30–60 LP slots. First-in members receive preferred allocation on oversubscribed deals.
Legal Structure
Every Atlas deal is structured as a Delaware LLC or LP with a professional operating agreement. No handshake deals.
Members receive quarterly K-1s, annual audited financials, and direct portal access to property-level reporting.
Accreditation Verification
All members are verified accredited investors under SEC Rule 506(c). Third-party verification via Parallel Markets.
Verification takes 24–48 hours. Once verified, you receive immediate access to the full deal pipeline and historical returns database.
